Taac! è un client di posta. La tua email resta tua: non vendiamo dati, non mostriamo pubblicità, non usiamo strumenti di analytics o tracker di terze parti e non profiliamo gli utenti.
Se crei un account, usiamo Supabase per sincronizzare le impostazioni tra i tuoi dispositivi. Il blob sincronizzato (password di posta, chiavi AI, impostazioni) è cifrato end-to-end con una chiave casuale generata sul dispositivo e mai trasmessa: la recovery phrase mostrata all'attivazione è l'unica copia. Il server conserva dati cifrati che non può leggere. Trattiamo inoltre il tuo indirizzo email di registrazione e il piano attivo.
Se attivi Premium, l'acquisto avviene tramite Apple: non vediamo né trattiamo i tuoi dati di pagamento. Riceviamo da Apple l'identificativo della transazione, il prodotto e la data di scadenza, e li conserviamo per sapere se il piano è attivo. Contiamo inoltre i token AI consumati nel mese per applicare il limite del piano.
Consenso preventivo. Le funzioni AI sono disattivate finché non dai un consenso esplicito nell'app: al primo utilizzo Taac! mostra una schermata che elenca quali dati verrebbero inviati e a chi, e nulla parte finché non premi «Consenti». Puoi revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento da Impostazioni → Privacy e condivisione dati; da quel momento nessun contenuto dei messaggi lascia il dispositivo.
Quali dati vengono inviati e come vengono raccolti. Solo per i messaggi su cui agisce una funzione AI (triage, sintesi, bozza di risposta, analisi di spam e rischio, domande su una conversazione), l'app legge dalla tua casella IMAP e trasmette: mittente, destinatari, data, oggetto, i nomi dei file allegati e il testo del messaggio, troncato a 6.000 caratteri. Quando chiedi al compositore di scrivere o riscrivere un testo, viene inviata anche la bozza che stai scrivendo. Per le bozze aggiunge il tuo nome e indirizzo mittente e le istruzioni di stile che hai salvato nella Memoria AI. Quando la funzione legge un’intera conversazione (sintesi del thread, domande sulla conversazione) viene inviato anche il testo estratto dai documenti allegati ai messaggi di quel thread — file PDF, Word/Excel/PowerPoint, OpenDocument e di testo, fino a 4.000 caratteri per file e 16.000 in totale. Foto, video e audio non vengono caricati: di quelli viaggia solo il nome. Non vengono inviati: le password di posta, le chiavi API, la rubrica, gli altri messaggi della casella.
A chi vengono inviati. Con il provider integrato del piano
Premium, la richiesta passa dal nostro proxy su taacmail.app (Vercel) e viene
inoltrata a DeepSeek (azienda di intelligenza artificiale con
sede in Cina, endpoint api.deepseek.com), che è l'unico destinatario
terzo. Il nostro proxy non conserva il contenuto delle richieste: lo inoltra e lo
scarta, e memorizza solo il numero di token consumati nel mese per applicare il
limite del piano. Se inserisci una tua chiave API, la richiesta viene inviata
direttamente dal dispositivo al provider che hai scelto — Anthropic, OpenAI,
Google o DeepSeek — e non passa dai nostri server.
Per quali finalità. Esclusivamente per generare la risposta, la sintesi, la classificazione o l'analisi che hai richiesto e restituirla al dispositivo. Non usiamo il contenuto dei tuoi messaggi per addestrare modelli, per pubblicità, per profilazione o per finalità diverse da quella richiesta, e non lo condividiamo con nessun altro soggetto.
Protezione presso il terzo. Il provider AI agisce come responsabile del trattamento per nostro conto e ci risulta impegnato, in base ai propri termini per le API, a trattare i dati solo per erogare il servizio e a non usare gli input delle API per addestrare i propri modelli. Trattandosi di un fornitore extra-UE, il trasferimento avviene sulla base delle Clausole Contrattuali Tipo. Termini e privacy policy del fornitore integrato: DeepSeek Privacy Policy. Se usi una tua chiave API, il rapporto con quel provider è direttamente tuo e vale la sua policy.
Per avvisarti dei nuovi messaggi anche ad app chiusa, il nostro servizio push (push.taacmail.app) deve restare collegato alla tua casella. Se attivi le notifiche, i parametri di connessione e la password di posta dell'account sorvegliato sono conservati sul nostro server cifrati a riposo (AES-256-GCM) e usati solo per aprire la connessione IMAP e inviare la notifica tramite APNs. La notifica contiene mittente e oggetto. Disattivando le notifiche dall'app la registrazione e le credenziali vengono rimosse.
La versione browser instrada IMAP/SMTP attraverso una funzione server autenticata su taacmail.app, che apre la connessione al tuo provider e non conserva messaggi né credenziali. Le app native parlano direttamente con il tuo provider di posta.
Puoi eliminare l'account direttamente nell'app: Impostazioni → Elimina account. La cancellazione è immediata e definitiva, e porta con sé profilo, piano, blob sincronizzato, contatori di utilizzo AI e registrazioni push. Non serve scriverci. I dati locali si eliminano disinstallando l'app. Un eventuale abbonamento App Store non viene disdetto dalla cancellazione dell'account: disdicilo in Impostazioni → Account Apple. Taac! non è destinata a minori di 13 anni e non raccoglie consapevolmente i loro dati.

Taac! is an email client. We do not sell data, show ads, run analytics or third-party trackers, or profile users.
If you create an account we use Supabase to sync settings across your devices. The synced blob (mail passwords, AI keys, settings) is end-to-end encrypted with a random key generated on your device and never transmitted — the recovery phrase shown at setup is the only copy, and the server holds ciphertext it cannot read. We also process your sign-up email address and plan.
If you subscribe to Premium, Apple handles the purchase: we never see or process your payment details. Apple gives us the transaction identifier, the product and the expiry date, and we keep those to know whether the plan is active. We also count the AI tokens spent each month to enforce the plan's limit.
Permission first. AI features stay off until you give explicit consent inside the app: the first time one would run, Taac! shows a screen listing exactly what data would be sent and who receives it, and nothing is transmitted until you tap “Allow”. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Privacy & data sharing; from then on no message content leaves the device.
What data is sent, and how it is collected. Only for the messages an AI feature acts on (triage, summaries, draft replies, spam and risk analysis, questions about a conversation), the app reads from your IMAP mailbox and transmits: sender, recipients, date, subject, the file names of the attachments, and the message text, truncated to 6,000 characters. When you ask the composer to write or rewrite something, the draft you are composing is sent too. For draft replies it adds your own name and sending address and the style instructions you saved in AI Memory. When a feature reads a whole conversation (thread summary, questions about the conversation), the text extracted from the documents attached to that thread’s messages is sent as well — PDF, Word/Excel/PowerPoint, OpenDocument and plain-text files, up to 4,000 characters per file and 16,000 in total. Photos, video and audio are not uploaded: only their names travel. Not sent: mail passwords, API keys, your address book, or any other message in the mailbox.
Who it is sent to. With the built-in Premium provider the
request passes through our proxy on taacmail.app (Vercel) and is forwarded to
DeepSeek (an AI company based in China, endpoint
api.deepseek.com), which is the only third-party recipient. Our proxy
retains no request content: it forwards it and discards it, storing only the
number of tokens spent that month to enforce the plan's limit. If you enter your
own API key, the request goes straight from your device to the provider you chose
— Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or DeepSeek — and never touches our servers.
What it is used for. Solely to produce the reply, summary, classification or analysis you asked for and return it to your device. We do not use your message content to train models, for advertising, for profiling, or for any purpose other than the one you requested, and we share it with no one else.
Protection at the third party. The AI provider acts as a processor on our behalf and, under its API terms, is committed to processing the data only to deliver the service and not to use API inputs to train its models. As a non-EU provider, the transfer relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Terms and privacy policy of the built-in provider: DeepSeek Privacy Policy. If you use your own API key, your relationship is directly with that provider and its policy applies.
To notify you while the app is closed, our push service (push.taacmail.app) must stay connected to your mailbox. If you enable notifications, the connection settings and the mail password of the watched account are stored on our server encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used only to open the IMAP connection and deliver the notification through APNs. The notification contains sender and subject. Turning notifications off in the app removes the registration and the stored credentials.
The browser version routes IMAP/SMTP through an authenticated server function on taacmail.app, which connects to your provider and stores neither messages nor credentials. The native apps talk to your mail provider directly.
You can delete your account inside the app: Settings → Delete account. It is immediate and permanent, and takes the profile, plan, synced blob, AI usage counters and push registrations with it — no need to write to us. Local data is removed by deleting the app. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription: cancel that in Settings → Apple Account. For anything else: account@housegramsrl.com.
Taac! is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
